23 April 2026, Freewriters Community Daily Writing Prompt Day 3082: don’t look in the corner daily

In the remote and deserted village of Las Acacias, the people left, abandoning their belongings and their fear.
Bolillo, a tormented soul who witnessed his mother's decapitation, became a specter that attacks women and men who venture out at night on the village's only street. My grandmother used to say, "Get ready early, Bolillo might appear. If you hear footsteps nearby, you can rest assured, Bolillo is far away.
But don't look around the corner; he's always lurking there, holding his mother's head in one hand, his chilling, supernatural gaze paralyzing you. He's over four meters tall, thin, and very dark. In the moonlight, he's invisible. Always avoid looking around the corner, because his ghostly scream, which freezes your insides, might startle you."

En el pueblo de las Acacias lugar remoto y desalojado, la gente se marchó dejan atrás sus enseres y su miedo.
Bolillo un alma en pena que vió decapitar a su madre, se convirtió en un espectro que ataca a mujeres y hombres que salen de noche por la única calle del pueblo.
Mi abuela decía reconjanse temprano no valla Bolillo a aparecer, si sienten pasos de cerca pueden estar tranquilos, Bolillo anda muy lejos, eso si, no mires en la esquina, siempre está ahí acechando con la cabeza de su madre en una mano con su mirada escalofriante y sobrenatural que paraliza, mide más de cuatro metros, delgagucho y muy oscuro, con la luz de la luna pasa desapercibido, evita siempre mirar la esquina porque te puede sorprender su grito fantasmal que te hiela las entrañas.
