Suddenly, four people arrived at the house. They had a man on a stretcher who had never been able to walk. 4 Because there were so many people, they went up to the roof and opened a hole. There they lowered the patient on the stretcher where he was lying. Mark 2: 3-4
5 When Jesus saw the great confidence that those men had in him, he said to the paralytic: "Friend, I forgive your sins."
Then he told the one who could not walk: 11 "Get up, take your stretcher and go home."
12 At that moment, and before the eyes of everyone, that man got up, took the stretcher and left there. Upon seeing him, everyone was amazed and began to praise God saying: "We had never seen anything like this!"
Insist! Perseverance is one of the qualities of people who have achieved success. Most people do not achieve their dreams because they give up before reaching the goal. Many say they do not have the skills or talent, others that do not have the resources or the necessary preparation to complete what they started.
Persevere is when you have constant permanence despite difficult circumstances and obstacles that may arise along the way. It is a word of Greek origin Proskarteresis that means perseverance, persistence and Proskartereo, to attend constantly, to continue without detours, to stick firmly, to hold on well.
Perseverance is a quality that you learn to develop, it does not come automatically, nor is it bought or sold in a store. It is achieved in the midst of frustrations, even when things do not go as planned.
Perseverance is achieved not in easy moments but in difficult ones. You must be convinced or convinced that it is the right path. Although many of my ideas do not please the majority, I must be willing to take risks.
Perseverance is achieved with faith, remember what the author of the Hebrews says: "Faith is the confidence that what we expect will actually happen; it is what gives us the certainty of the things we can not see "
Do not make excuses, do not limit yourself, do not let circumstances dominate you, do not be afraid to fail, take risks, make sure you have your purpose clear and defined. Particularly what has helped me in what I have started and is the mark of the winners.
