Good morning coffee friends. As usual every time I am in Caripe it is always a great opportunity to enjoy some very good coffees and in every corner we can find coffee shops or businesses dedicated to offer our delicious drink.

I was doing some paperwork in one of the governmental entities of the municipality and it was time without breakfast, just in front of the agency where we were we saw a nice mural that caught my attention and next to it was a very simple enterprise dedicated to the sale of breakfast as empanadas, malts, soft drinks and of course coffees.

An empanada is a food made of corn dough stuffed and fried in a half-moon shape. We ordered two empanadas filled with chicken, my husband accompanied it with a malt and I of course with coffee which in this case was a very delicious cappuccino, super creamy, with the necessary touch of milk and enough coffee flavor to enjoy it to the fullest with just a teaspoon of sugar since I like in the mornings to savor sweet coffee, which cheers me up and fills me with energy to face the day with joy.

The empanadas were also very good and as always I was pleased with the cost of what I consume in this beautiful town, which in this case was a total of $ 3.1. When I was canceling I saw these beautiful coconut nougats in miniature heart-shaped that I thought were beautiful besides being a Venezuelan Creole sweet that I like very much and I thought it would be an ideal detail to take to my friend when she returned to Cumana.

It is always a pleasant experience to visit Caripe and this time was no exception, its people and its coffee make it a reference to always want to return and live beautiful moments intensely and if we can support the enterprises that are started is wonderful, so that the economy and therefore the quality of life of those who live there improve. Buenos días amigos cafeteros. Como es costumbre cada vez que estoy en Caripe siempre es una grata oportunidad para disfrutar de unos muy buenos cafés y es que en cada esquina podemos encontrar cafeterías o emprendimientos dedicados a ofrecer nuestra rica bebida.

Estuve realizando algunos tramites en unos de los entes gubernamentales del municipio y nos dio la hora sin desayunar, justo al frente del organismo donde nos encontrábamos vimos un lindo mural que llamo mi atención y al lado estaba un emprendimiento muy sencillo dedicado a la venta de desayunos como empanadas, maltas, refrescos y por supuesto cafés.

Una empanada es un alimento a base de masa de maíz rellena y frita en forma de media luna. Pedimos dos empanadas rellenas de pollo, mi esposo la acompañó con una malta y yo por supuesto con café que en este caso fue un Capuchino muy delicioso, super cremoso, con el toque de leche necesario y el sabor a café suficiente para disfrutarlo al máximo con solo una cucharadita de azúcar ya que me gusta en las mañanas saborear el café dulce, que me anima y me llena de energías para enfrentar el día con alegría.

Siempre es una grata experiencia visitar Caripe y esta vez no fue la excepción, su gente y su café lo hacen un referente para siempre querer volver y vivir hermosos momentos intensamente y si podemos apoyar los emprendimientos que se inician es maravilloso, para que la economía y por ende la calidad de vida de los que allí viven mejoren.
