Let me share my Breakfast for today, It's a Filipino dessert wherein the Mung beans get toasted and cooked in coconut milk together with a Sticky rice. Now Let me share to you the procedure how to cooked this delicious snack.
Heat the pan and put in the Mung beans.
Toast the Mung beans until it get's brown.
Turn off the heat and let the mung beans cool down.
Next, Crack the toasted mung beans using a mortar and pestle (almires).
Set aside. Heat the cooking pot and pour in the coconut milk and Let it boil.
Add the sticky rice and Mung beans and then stir.
Cook in low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes while stirring once or until the coconut milk is almost absorbed
Add sugar and stir. Serve! Share and enjoy!
