A while back, I was working on a garden bed at a sustainability center I was involved with. The place used to be a school and is now a community space. A walking path is going around a sports field that many people utilize to walk their dogs.
Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw a lady walking two dogs. Then, I took a double-take. Wait, that is the weirdest dog I have ever seen!
Yup. Not a dog at all!!! I asked if I could take a picture but didn't feel like running all around her. In a sense, I didn't want to interrupt her walk and felt a little bit nosy that I was even reacting to the pig. After all, everyone should be able to have whatever pet they please without a bunch of gawkers all around them.
She, the lady, was very friendly and the pig seemed to be a friendly sort as well.
She did have to hold on tight to the leash, because this crazy dog, ahem, pig, really wanted to eat the plants growing along the pathway.
