Hola queridos amigos amantes del café, hoy les comparto una breve reseña de una marca de café brasilera de muy buena calidad. Y es que se que muchos productos los llevan de Brasil a Venezuela, entre ellos el café, y a veces por el alto que aparecen en el mercado puede ser dar algo de desconfianza gastan tanto y que salga una cafe desagradable, asi que les comparto esta reseña de una marca de café que quizás se encuentre en algunas partes del mundo.
Brasil es un gran productor de café, a nivel mundial es reconocido como uno de los mejores y es que la industria de alimentos aquí es inmensa en muchos sentidos. En el mercado existen muchísimas marcas, unas mejores que otras y en los últimos meses después de la pandemia, los precios de los alimentos en general ha aumentado mucho, incluyendo el precio del café, hoy en día se encuentra un paquete de 250 gramos en dos dolares o mas, lo que indica que un kilo costará 8 dólares, en realidad aquí no sería un costo extremadamente elevado, es accesible con facilidad un café de buena calidad, aun así entiendo que esas mismas marcas cuando son exportadas a otras partes aumenta mucho más el valor.
Aquí les presento una marca medianamente buena, es de los cafés más conocidos aquí, se llama Santa Clara y tiene una gran variedad de presentaciones, desde la más común hasta cafés premium, arabica, gourmet entre otros. Yo elegí este, esta nueva presentación Extrafuerte, como ven en la imagen el precio es R$ 7,80 por 250 gramos, eso sería un estimado de 1,6 dólares, realmente económico, y creo que es porque es nuevo en el mercado, probablemente le aumenten el valor pronto.
Me gusta comprar el café cuando tiene la etiqueta extraforte, y premium porque ofrece mejor calidad que el común, al decir que es extraforte puedes esperar un café más encorpado, amargo y con bastante aroma sin ser demasiado caro. Y así fue mi experiencia, lo prepare de la forma tradicional, normalmente uso una medida de una cucharada de café por taza de agua, y no hiervo el café en el agua, colocar el café en el colador y allí le agrego el agua hirviendo, eso hace que el café suelte su esencia y aroma, sin quemarse, conservando así un sabor delicioso, afrutado y con su amargor característico.
Este café lo recomendaría con los ojos cerrados, pues a pesar de decir que es extraforte, no es un café desagradable, más bien se va a sorprender al probar un café muy parecido al expreso, que para fines prácticos es muy rendidor por que puedes hacer más café con menos polvo de café, si me entiendes, es decir que si no eres afín del café cargado, solo agregas un poco más de agua y listo.
Eso es todo amigos, cuentenme si han visto esta marca de café allí donde viven, qué les parece, que precio tiene allí y si se atreverían a comprarlo. Yo me quedo por aquí tomándome mi segunda, quizás tercera taza de café del día para mantenerme alerta para hacer miles de cosas como estudiar, trabajar y ser una ama de casa, todo a la vez.

I like to buy coffee when it has the label extraforte, and premium because it offers better quality than the common one, by saying that it is extraforte you can expect a coffee more corky, bitter and with enough aroma without being too expensive. And so was my experience, I prepared it in the traditional way, normally I use a measure of one tablespoon of coffee per cup of water, and I do not boil the coffee in the water, I place the coffee in the strainer and there I add the boiling water, that makes the coffee release its essence and aroma, without burning, thus preserving a delicious flavor, fruity and with its characteristic bitterness.
I would recommend this coffee with my eyes closed, because in spite of saying that it is extra strong, it is not an unpleasant coffee, rather you will be surprised to taste a coffee very similar to espresso, which for practical purposes is very efficient because you can make more coffee with less coffee powder, if you understand me, that is to say that if you are not fond of strong coffee, you just add a little more water and that's all.
