Paso a paso:
El primer paso serΓa comenzar a pintar nuestro tubo de papel del color de su preferencia en este caso yo utilice blanco, dejamos secar y mientras se seca pasamos a lo que serΓa cortar el cΓrculo para nuestra base
Step by Step:
The first step would be to start painting our paper tube in the color of your preference, in this case I use white, let it dry and while it dries we proceed to what would be to cut the circle for our base.
DespuΓ©s sacamos las formas de corazΓ³n y unas tiras de foami esto serΓ‘ parte de nuestra decoraciΓ³n, ya seca la pintura del tubo pasamos a pegarlo a nuestra base y no queda mΓ‘s que comenzar a pegar las decoraciones a nuestro gusto
Then we take out the heart shapes and some strips of foam, this will be part of our decoration, the paint in the tube has dried, we go on to glue it to our base and we only have to start gluing the decorations to our liking
