Psychedelic Flowers
I want to tell you a little about this work "Flores Psicodélicas" (Psychedelic Flowers) since it was never a project as such.
At that time I had a new cell phone, and it came with improvements in the quality of the camera and therefore the image was spectacular. Spring was just beginning and I started to take pictures of any flower that was in my way. The colors caught my attention because of their saturation and I took advantage of my free time to play with the cell phone filters.
After a while I got an application called "Pixomatic" which has a wide variety of filters. I started to modify my photos even more, but I still felt that something was missing in the flowers ..... I need a new kind of flower.
In one of the updates I found, that I could add layers, I wasn't sure how this option worked so I uploaded another picture of another flower, over the one I had in the background. I started playing with filters, effects and saturation of the layers. Until I managed to make an interesting mix of flowers.
I went a little further and added two more applications to my repertoire, "Ps Express" and "Procreate".
Today, I use these three applications to work on everything that has to do with images and "Canva" to add the text or graphics I want to incorporate.
I enjoy so much taking pictures of new and different flowers, that I would go for a walk around my city looking for new flowers and taking pictures of them. Then I would return home and start the second part of the entertainment "CREATING" giving free rein to my imagination.
This pastime became my first steps as a plastic artist. This activity became my life project, my colors and creativity are my essence. And what better represented than in "Psychedelic Flowers".

Flores Psicodélicas
Quiero contarles un poco de este trabajo “Flores Psicodélicas” ya que nunca fue un proyecto como tal.
En esa epoca tenia un celular nuevo, y vino con mejoras en la calidad de la camara fotográfica y por ende la imágen quedaba espectacular. Justamente estaba entrando primavera y comence a tomarle fotos a cualquier flor que estuviese en mi camino. Los colores me me llamaban mucho la atención por su saturación y aprovechaba de jugar con los filtros de celular en mi tiempo libre.
Pasado un tiempo conseguí una aplicación que se llama “Pixomatic” que tiene filtros muy variados. Comencé a modificar mis fotos aún más, pero todavía sentía que le faltaba algo a las flores .... necesitaba un nuevo estilo de flores.
En una de las actualizaciones encontré, que podía agregar capas, no estaba segura del funcionamiento de esta opción y subí otra fotografía de otra flor, sobre la que tenía de fondo. Comencé a jugar con filtros, efectos y saturación de las capas. Hasta que logré hacer una mezcla de flores interesantes.
Fuí un poco más allá, e incorpore a mi repertorio de aplicaciones dos más, “Ps Express” y “Procreate”.
Hoy en día, utilizo estas tres aplicaciónes para trabajar todo lo que tiene que ver con imágenes y “Canva” para agregarle el texto que quiera incorporar.
Disfrutaba demasiado sacandole fotos a flores nuevas y diferentes, tanto que salia de paseo por mi ciudad buscando flores nuevas y retratandolas. Después volvía a casa y comenzaba la segunda parte del entretenimiento “CREAR” darle rienda suelta a mi imaginación.
Este pasatiempo se convirtió en mis primeros pasos como artista plástico. Esta actividad se convirtio en mi proyecto de vida, mis colores y creatividad son mi esencia. Y que mejor representada que en en “Flores Psicodélicas”
