I live in the beautiful city Cape Town, South Africa. I am 37 years old, mother to 5 year old twins, performing violinist and fulltime violin teacher. In my spare time I love to run. I'm actually a bit obsessed with running. I also cycle and recently started triathlons aswell. As you can see I can't sit still...
