Like a genetic code, everyone is different and has a part to play in this world. But first we have to realize and understand our uniqueness as humans and the power our conscious mind has to play in our own lives. The circle of daily routine and status quo has made it seem like we’re just robots straight out of the assembly line who have been programmed to carry out a task and after that its ‘shutdown and die’, and the circle continues.
Our differences in skin colour, genetic makeup, culture and behavioural patterns did not happen by accident. It portrays the ability of the mind to bring about new and diverse things peculiar to each individual. We’re not just bags and meat and bone running round at the whim of some predestined fate.
It wouldn’t be wise to surrender ones mind to routines of daily life believing there is a path has been programmed per individual in which freewill and personal ambition are completely unimportant. For if destiny and fate always held the winning hand then what part does man play in their own lives? It would be a fixed game. God gave us freewill, our sense of reasoning and different abilities distinct to each individual for a reason, to carve our paths and create our own lives as we please. Even destiny itself would seem astute for acknowledging a person’s actions born out of freewill. For in the absence of freewill we would simple be like robots in the assembly line waiting to be programmed with the next task at hand, and we would barely be of any use to ourselves and the world as a whole.
