I visited my orthopedic doctor, later visited a friend. My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2026
Greetings friends!
My day started with pains and tears as I visited my orthopedic doctor who is caring for my dislocated wrist. Reaching there, she was already busy attending to so many patients by 8:00am. So I waited for my turn. In About an hour later, she attended to me. Because I missed my treatment on Wednesday, the pain was excess. See my hand after receiving treatment.
After massaging, they bandaged my hand.
My happiness is the improvement I am seeing. Both the swollen and pains have reduced. Although it pained me, yet, it wasn't as severe as it was the first days of treatment.
Done with my treatment, I rested for a while. Later, I went to Aba malting plant which is one of the bottling companies in my city. I went there to see a friend. While there, I took some cool pictures of the environment.
More to that, the weather was dull as if it wants to rain but surprisingly, it did not later rain.
Done with the reason for seeing her, she escorted me from the long path down to the next junction which is an hour journey.
Later in the day, I visited our family doctor on behalf of my mom and he gave me some drugs for her.
All these I accomplished on Friday 3rd July 2026.
