Valacar was born in 1194 of the third age in the middle earth of Tolkien. Valacar married a northern woman. And so the people of Gondor did not like Valacar very much. Valacar became king of Gondor in 1366. Of many Gondorians who do not accept this has launched a rebellion against Valacar. Valacar could not suppress all of these uprisings. Valacar died in 1432 of the third age.
