II. Romendacil was born in 1126 of the third age in the middle earth of Tolkien. The real name of Romendacil is Minalcar. In 1240, Romendacil became regent of the King of Gondor. And the king passed all his powers over to Romendacil. Meanwhile, the eastern people attacked Gondor and Romendacil won this war. After the war, Romendacil behaved in a peaceful way to the people of the north. Romendacil even allowed her son to marry a woman from the north. In 1304 Romendacil became the king of Gondor. Romendacil continued to strengthen Gondor throughout his kingdom. Romendacil died in 1366.
