I just finished a 7.179km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:24ss !
It was supposed to be a rest day, but I changed my mind. With the sunny weather (as opposed to the crappy weather expected tomorrow), and about thirty minutes spare early afternoon, I decided to run again, third day in a row. Quite unusual time for me, as the entire run was in full daylight.
We had a snow dusting last night, but nothing bad, and less ice than yesterday.
Today's run was shorter than yesterday, only about 4.5miles, but significantly faster. Considering my sore legs, I'm quite happy with the pace at 6:50min/mile.
Cadence was higher at 178spm, but still too low.
Unlike most of my recent runs, I saw a few dog walkers and just walkers, it's good to see people enjoying one of the rare sunny days recently.
Tomorrow will for sure be a rest day, no running, no biking, just easy walking with the dogs.
