I just finished a 7.515km running that lasted about 0hh:34mm:45ss !

I tried waiting out the bad weather but when it was almost 'now or never', the drizzle we had all day turned into real rain of course. So, I grabbed a goretex jacket and went anyways. I didn't think yesterday's run was so tough, but for some reason my legs were really sore. It almost felt I was going to pull a hammy if I pushed myself too much. So I kept an easy and gentle stride, cursing myself for never stretching. In the end, pace was a little slow for a short distance like that, but nothing really bad.
At least, I started before it got dark for once, which was a good thing, since I had to leave my glasses home (glasses and rain are not a good combo!). I did finish in the dark of course, but only at the very end.
In these conditions, for sure nobody else was around, not even any dog walkers.
Cadence was not too great on this one unfortunately, only 5% in target. We'll see how it changes with better conditions. I hope to get a bit more runs in during the next couple of weeks, but it will depend on the weather. Cold should be back soon, and if it gets too icy, it's tough to find good places to run.
