Hey Actifitters,
Sunny weather yesterday but it's already getting warm unfortunately. In the high 40s F (around 9C) in February, that just sucks and the snow was melting quickly. So to enjoy it before it's all gone, we went on a long walk of course.
Kaia started a bit lazy, just exploring the small forest behind the front yard.
But she quickly remembered how fun it is jumping over all these broken trees.
Of course, we went to the bigger forest next, no surprise.
The main path is already turning into a mushy mess with ice below, and when it gets cold again (hopefully soon), it's going to refreeze over. That will be fun...
As often when we have extra time, we made a stop at the teepees.
And when the light started to change, Kaia led us to our sunset spot.
It was slightly early, but still pretty good.
One more loop in the forest cutting back on our way home.
And a final few detours in the neighborhood where the snow's melting even faster.
And that was it for the day's activities, just barely made it above 20k steps and it's still a clean sheet in #poprzeczka competition in February.
