Hello Steemians! In the carnivals of last year, Fabiola (my girlfriend) and I decided to travel to Turén, a Venezuelan town located on the western plains, which is characterized by its vast agricultural production, among which stands out the sunflowers for the production of edible oils.
A few minutes after leaving the city of Araure, we observed dozens of vehicles parked in the shoulder of the "José Antonio Páez" highway, and hundreds of people who were among the fields.
To travel, photograph and share photos of the sunflower fields on Social Networks has become, in recent years, a trend in Venezuela, and even in other parts of the world.
During our visit, we try to respect the environment without causing damage to the crop, without tearing the flowers to carry as a souvenir on our return home.
