Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWC en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un d铆a de entrenamiento en el parque que entren贸 d贸nde practicamos Street Workout y Calistenia, en un viejo parque conocido como las maracas porque est谩 alado de un plaza que tiene un tobog谩n que es un cuarto y unas maracas ubicaci贸n en San Fernando de Apure.

- Est谩 disciplina deportiva lleva a j贸venes tener una vida con una actitud positiva y apasionada por el deporte ya que el deporte cambia vida por el arte y la familia que se crea en diversos ambiente d贸nde se transmite amistad y compa帽erismo, j贸venes que crean un espacio geogr谩fico deportivo con pasi贸n y disciplina en las barras algo nuevo por qu茅 las habilidades que se realizan son familiares a la gimnasia y otras disciplinas ya firmada, las metas de todos los atletas de Street Workout y Calistenia mejor conocido como calistenicos son que est谩 disciplina forma una gran organizaci贸n que lleven a competencia en las olimpiadas y grandes eventos. Ya ser铆a un sue帽o hecho realidad para todos los calistenicos.
- This sporting discipline leads young people to have a life with a positive attitude and passionate about the sport because the sport changes life by art and family that is created in various environment where friendship and companionship is transmitted, young people who create a geographic space with passion and discipline in the bars something new because the skills that are performed are familiar to gymnastics and other disciplines already signed, the goals of all athletes of Street Workout and Calisthenics better known as calisthenics are that this discipline forms a large organization that lead to competition in the Olympics and major events.
