CHALLENGE N° 1
Hola amigos de HIVE y SWC el día hoy voy a compartir con ustedes mi video para el primer challenges de SWC. Fue algo difícil de hacer porque en esos momentos estaba lloviendo y estaba mojado todo y se sentía muy resbalosa la barra pero aun así nada me detuvo y pude completar el reto.

CHALLENGE N° 1
Ejercicios
- 1 Muscle Up.
- 15 Bar Dips.
- 10 Pull Ups.
- 15 segundos en Pull Ups isométricos mentón arriba, 15 Segundos en Pull Ups isométricos tocando la cabeza por debajo de la barra fija y finalmente 15 Segundos en Pull Ups isométricos con los brazos totalmente extendidos.
- 15 Push Ups.
- 10 Dips.

Exercises
- 1 Muscle Up.
- 15 Bar Dips.
- 10 Pull Ups.
- 15 Seconds in Isometric Pull Ups chin up, 15 Seconds in Isometric Pull Ups touching the head below the fixed bar and finally 15 Seconds in Isometric Pull Ups with arms fully extended.
- 15 Push Ups.
- 10 Dips.
