Hola comunidad de HIVE y a mis compa帽eros de SWC espero que est茅n todos bien, en el d铆a de hoy quise realizar un peque帽o entrenamiento de plancha para poder seguir acostumbrando al hombro y seguir teniendo flexibilidad en los ligamentos del hombro, el primer ejercicio fue lanzamientos de straddle hasta al fallo hice de 6 a 8 lanzamientos, luego hice lean planche combinandolo con flexiones en pica para poder ganar tension y fuerza 8x4 series, despues unas flexiones en tuck normal 10x3 series y por ultimo flexiones en lean planche 10x3 series
Hello HIVE community and my SWC colleagues I hope you are all well, today I wanted to do a small plank training to be able to continue getting used to the shoulder and continue having flexibility in the shoulder ligaments, the first exercise was straddle throws until the failure I did 6 to 8 throws, then I did lean plank combining it with push-ups in pica to be able to gain tension and strength 8x4 series, then some push-ups in normal tuck 10x3 series and finally push-ups in lean planche 10x3 series
