Greetings, Fellow Objective Photo Reporters!

Sharing a shortie that I consider to be the prelude to a series about a small historical town in the middle of Bulgaria. More about its heritage significance and its architecture shall follow but for now I shall focus on an unexpected aspect that shouldn't be unexpected at all, knowing what to expect from our modern culture.

Before presenting the players and their act, let me show you the scene from a few steps back...

The famous blue and woodcraft style of Koprivshtitsa.

As the first artist appeared back in prehistoric days, among cavemen, as Mel Brooks's History of The World Part I teaches us, so did also appear the first critic to pee on the first mural.

We now use mural to pee on other stuff...

Or was it a way to make a selfie with a piece of art or a natural masterpiece you rather liked and felt compelled to tag your name on it so that you can go together to the Great Eternal Gallery?

Whom how.

— A broken Bulgarian phrase in English. Or should we call it Bunglish?

Mostly names of the important young persons touring through this blue and woody settlement of interest to their teachers who would also be making selfies, though restricting themselves to only throwing cigarette buts on the ground upon the century-old cobblestone covered streets.

One does not simply go on tour and not etch one's name upon another persons' work.

It would be inhumane.

Peace and Inspiration!

Yours,

Manol
