Lovely sunrise 馃檪 Mornings like this makes you glad to be up early.
This is a strech of country road that we walk often. Doesn't that sunrise draw you in? Its basically over the lake. Its calling you down to the lake.
Our walking partner is waiting for us. With his hunting season safety orange gear and dog.

Frost makes it officially soup season 馃構 My wife makes an awesome matzah ball soup. She starts with a whole chicken to make the soup. The soup is so rich and the carrots add a bit of sweetness. No chicken in the soup just the broth. Chicken goes into lots of other dishes like on salads and in chicken salad.
The leaves are falling fast but the oak trees are having their turn. Much of the color right now is oak trees turning orange and red. The birch and aspen are gone. Maples starting to go too.
The sunrise colors were gone by the time we made it to the lake but the lingering clouds made a nice sky on lake reflection. We are doing our best to enjoy fall before it is gone.
