I brought 2 alpha packs today for 4.6 STEEM each with the 1% fee thats about 4.65 STEEM each. Compare that to the 4.206 STEEM price (Current at time of writing) for a beta packs and thats not bad. It's not a straight forward process but I would say anyone with a small amount of trading and STEEM blockchain experience can figure it out easily enough.
