It's simple, first we make the caramel with water and sugar according to our taste, directly in the metal container for quesillo or flan.
Then we blend all the ingredients and pour the mixture over the caramel.
To cook there are two techniques, can be placed in the oven in a bain marie for 40 minutes or until it is cooked.
But the easiest way is to place it in a bain-marie in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
Let it rest. It is recommended to eat it cold but it depends on each person. It can be eaten alone or accompanied with cake or ice cream.
