1. You have vivid and lucid dreams
This kind of dreams are sigh that your third eye is opening, and those are kind of dreams you never forget. Increased melatonin level leads to extremely vivid dreaming. The opened third eye results in higher level of this hormone. Since your pineal gland regulates your sleep cycle you will feel you sleep much better. By that, you will have lucid dreaming so often.
2. Your head aches may increase
When you are opening your third eye, you may feel pressure in your head that may alarm you. I recommend you not to worry too much as there is a great chance that your kundalini energy is trying to activate, which is the final stage of your third eye opening. At times, that pressure can begin to ache a little due to energy overload.
3. You are finding new life purpose
You begin to sense more clearly the negative energy from your work place or perhaps true intentions of some of your family members or friends. On the surface everything may look the same, but its like you climbed up the hill and you have new perspective on everything from higher level and understanding. The opening of your third eye represents change. This change may alter your personality and your perspective. The changes are beneficial, you may become less selfish more tolerant. You will be able to perceive much more love and divinity in all beings and your surrounding.
