In my quest to create rare and unique content, I came up with a bizarre and quite eccentric idea. Today's theme for the five-minute writing proposal is tumor, and I then thought of creating a very short story on this topic. After thinking about it for a while, and given that it is a word that is quite malignant and harmful, associated with problems, I want to give it a twist and talk to you about the happy tumor.

It is a benign tumor called happiness that moved through the body of Ernesto, an ordinary and rustic middle-class man who lived in Venezuela, accustomed to the banana and socialist culture. This tumor, unlike all other tumors, did not cause pain or discomfort, but the opposite. As it expanded, it made Ernesto feel happy and completely fulfilled.

Of course, all the doctors in charge of this patient were very astonished and bewildered by this singular situation. But, in reality, this made Ernesto laugh. He enjoyed every moment of happiness thanks to this tumor and strongly clung to the idea that happiness would not become something much more dangerous.

Over time, happiness spread throughout his body, making Ernesto the happiest person in the world. In fact, the representatives of the Guinnes record book included him as the happiest human being in the world.

The doctors, in their eagerness to discover and decipher the mysteries surrounding this rare carcinoma, tried to extract it. But, of course, Ernesto refused, saying that if they did, he would be an unhappy person, and they would take away all his joy.

And our story ends with Ernesto living the rest of his life very happy, grateful for the gift that this particular tumor called happiness had given him.

En mi afán por crear contenidos raros y únicos, se me ocurrió una bizarra y bastante excéntrica idea. El tema de hoy para la propuesta de escribir cinco minutos es tumor, y se me ocurrió entonces crear un pequeño relato muy corto acerca de este tema. Este relato, luego de pensarlo un tiempo, y por ser una palabra que es bastante maligna y perjudicial, se asocia con problemas, pero en esta ocasión, quiero darle una vuelta y hablarles acerca del tumor feliz.

Se trata de un tumor llamado felicidad, que era benigno y se desplazaba por el cuerpo de Ernesto, un hombre común y silvestre de clase media que vivía en Venezuela, acostumbrado a la cultura bananera y socialista. Este tumor, a diferencia de todos los otros tumores, no ocasionaba dolor ni malestar, sino todo lo contrario. A medida que se expandía, hacía que Ernesto se sintiera alegre y completamente pleno.

Por supuesto, todos los médicos que estaban a cargo de este paciente estaban muy asombrados y desconcertados por esta situación tan singular. Pero en realidad, a Ernesto esto lo que le daba era risa. Él disfrutaba cada momento de felicidad gracias a este tumor y se aferraba muy fuertemente a que la felicidad no se convirtiera en algo mucho más peligroso.

Con el tiempo, la felicidad se extendió por todo su cuerpo, haciendo que Ernesto fuera la persona más feliz del mundo. De hecho, los representantes del libro Guinnes de los récords lo incluyeron como el ser humano más feliz de todo el mundo.

Los médicos, en su afán por descubrir y descifrar los misterios que involucraba este raro carcinoma, trataron de extraérselo. Pero, por supuesto, Ernesto se negó, diciendo que si lo hacían, él iba a ser una persona infeliz, iban a quitarle toda su alegría.

Y nuestra historia termina con Ernesto viviendo el resto de su vida muy alegre, agradecido por el regalo que le había dado este tumor particular llamado felicidad.
