Help Needed

OK Steemians, I need your help, advice, suggestion regarding what is actually going on here in my account because every time I check, my payout seems to be decreasing and I read on some blogs that if we upvote in other person's blog, our payout will keep decreasing, why is that so? Aren't we actually helping them by upvoting for them so why our payout decrease after that? Does that mean I should stop upvoting for other Steemians? I don't think that is fair, if i like their post, I would definitely want to upvote their post.

Please advice me on what I should do? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
