Today at work, I captured the workflow of the men who carry meat to the butcher shop.

Watching these men carry half a cow on their backs is a stoic sight, though people usually don’t see this and just come in to complain about the cuts, prices, or product shortages.

Seeing this process every day should help them understand the true value of being able to put meat on the table.
