As the heat has finally come to my garden I decided to make a Victorian confection from my great grandmothers little kitchen Witchery book. I always love things that are minty and floral in the summer.
These are a spiced chocolate "brownie" base with a minty and rose milk chocolate topping made in three layers. There is something so decadent about these that it's hard to not eat ten in one sitting.

I'm queuing up the record player with 'Feeling Good' as the first spin and getting some fresh mint sun brewed tea ready for porch dwelling this afternoon.
