Este año, decidimos apuntar a mi hijo a Karate. Es un deporte que enseña valores muy positivos e importantes, disciplina, actitud y físicamente aporta flexibilidad, fuerza y equilibrio.
This year, we decided inscribe my son to Karate. It is a sport that teaches very positive and important values, discipline, attitude and physically provides flexibility, strength and balance.
Hace un par de semanas, tuvo su primer entrenamiento en grupo con todas las personas de todas las edades que practican Karate en su colegio. Fue en un polideportivo en Villaviciosa de Odon. Estaba muy emocionado porque le encanta ir al Karate e iba a ser la primera vez que le íbamos a ver entrenar con sus amigos.
A couple of weeks ago, he had his first group training with all people of all ages who practice Karate at his school. They were to a sports center in Villaviciosa de Odon. He was very excited because he loves to go to Karate and it was going to be the first time that we were going to see him training with his friends.
