Hola, MISAMORES, espero que estén muy bien. Hoy les traigo una publicación corta sobre un pequeño pero muy fructífero árbol de limón, jejejeje. Este árbol a pesar de su tamaño no tiene más de 5 años desde que se sembró a partir de una semilla que se lanzó al patio sin querer, en otras palabras el árbol fue un accidente jajaja, pero como mi madre les fascina las plantas así como a mi cuñada tal cual la publicación pasada, este árbol se dejó crecer el árbol y recién está botando sus primeros frutos con la llegada de la temporada de lluvia que tenemos recientemente.

Como datos curiosos de los limones:

• Los limones tienen su origen en el continente asiático.

• Los limoneros tienden a dar frutos durante todo el año, aunque también depende del cuidado, un paréntesis mi abuela siempre me regañaba cuando le quitaba un limón al mediodía al árbol.

• Cuando los limoneros se dan de árboles injertados, es decir que se toma una rama de limonero y se le coloca en tierra para que le salgan raíces y para luego trasplantar, estos árboles injertados suelen dar frutos de 2 a 3 años después de su siembra. Mientras que los árboles que se dan de las semillas tardas de 4 a 5 años para dar frutos.
