We think that the motivation is really important for everyone, especially for creative people, but what is motivation?
For the Oxford Dictionary the definition of "motivation" is:
A reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Looking around, we found an interesting website about the motivation, where the autor wrote about the book "The war of Art" by Steven Pressfield and say that the essence of motivation is when "the pain of not doing it becomes greater than the pain of doing it.”
We agree, because wen we are really motivated nothing is better than do and the only pain is don't do it.
How to get motivated?
There are full of excellent "recipe" that we can find on the web, but our favorite are:
- scheduled what you have to do (it works for Paolo)
- build rituals (it works for Silvia)
