Hello friends, today on Goth World Day I want to tell you why the guácharo birds are gothic

Les gusta vivir en la oscuridad, en cuevas llenas de estalactitas. Solo salen de noche a comer frutas e insectos que oyen música pop.

They like to live in the dark, in caves between stalactites. They only come out at night to eat fruits and insects that listen to pop music.

Cantan con voz de bajo usando sonidos guturales al estilo de Cradle of Filth, Death, Type o Negative o Canibal Corpse.

They sing in a bass voice using guttural sounds in the style of Cradle of Filth, Death, Type or Negative or Canibal Corpse.

Se la quieren tirar de que son murciélagos, por eso se visten de negro, oyen metal y se ponen botas negras de cuero muy altas, aunque eso les dificulte volar e intensifique el calor del trópico en que viven.

They want to tell you that they are bats, that's why they dress in black, listen to metal and wear very high black leather boots, even though that makes it difficult for them to fly and intensifies the heat of the tropics where they live.

Bueno ¿Me creen que los guacharos son góticos?

Anthony González me tomo hoy esta foto con la máscara de papel Mache que hicimos para el video musical de mi canción sobre los guacharos, el cual gano una mención honorifica en un salón sobre Von Houmboldt, científico que los estudio cuando vino a Venezuela en el Siglo XIX. El Salón fue organizado por la embajada alemana en Venezuela en la Hacienda la Trinidad en Caracas

Anthony González took this photo of me today with the paper mache mask we made for the music video of my song about the guacharos, which won an honorable mention in a salon about Von Houmboldt, a scientist who studied them when he came to Venezuela in the 19th century. The Exhibition was organized by the German embassy in Venezuela at the Hacienda la Trinidad in Caracas

Para la foto usamos una camara CANON EOS REBEL T100 y modificamos con algo de Photoshop, dibujos que hice encima con illustrator y un elemento que recorte de una de mis pinturas

For the photo a camera CANON EOS REBEL T100 was used and we modified it with some Photoshop and drawings that I made on top with Illustrator, as well as an element that I took from one of my paintings.
