Greetings dear friends of Open Mic! I am pleased to join the great talents of this community in week #88 of this initiative that week after week brings us together around music.
This time I want to share with you one of the best known Spanish-speaking Christmas carols, composed by Venezuelan Hugo Blanco in 1975. It is "Mi Burrito Sabanero", a beautiful song that tells the emotion of a child who goes through the beautiful savannah of our land with the joy of meeting the baby Jesus. I hope you like my version.
