It's tough and hard sometimes to be the change.
You have to realise that what ever you see outside of yourself, in other people resides in you as well.
From there you own it, transform it and come out being that what you were seeking in the first place and were not getting.
This is challenging. You gotta rise above your own ego, grudges and more to do so.
With the utmost kindness you will master these steps.
Don't worry about it getting rough. You CAN heal anything. Thank goodness.
Although I have seen immune deseases that felt challenging to heal....haven't looked further into it though.
Anyway, be kind to yourself and remember that it is never about the other person, place, people, etc. It is about you and your own ascention.
