Recently I had the chance to read a wonderful writing from our friend miriannalis@miriannalis where she led us to reflect on the mechanized or robotic life that we tend to lead and that in many occasions we are not able to realize.
So, based on his writing, I have decided to share these lines of writing because unquestionably the act of leading a life as if we were robots is a great trap that we are prone to fall into.
Perhaps you are doubting what I am saying, but it is appropriate to mention that many of us act in the following way, we get up at the same time, and throughout the day we do the same tasks of our routine and then we repeat this cycle day after day.
Does this behavior sound familiar? I bet we are, it seems that we are programmed to live in the same way or that we are in the presence of a common denominator and I am not in math classes to justify what I say, consequently, we act like automatons without emotion or creativity.
But, Is this really the way we want to spend our days? I am sure your answer is no, hence the need to abandon these mechanical patterns that we have adapted as a result of how fast and fast our society moves and for this, it is necessary to search for our purpose, the one that leads us to live a more meaningful and authentic life.
So I can establish that the very circumstances of life, forces us to lose the ability to experience and feel, in matters associated with joy, wonder, love, sadness and all the emotions that make life rich, full and pleasurable.
It is interesting to analyze how routines and our robotic attitudes corrupt and fragment our interpersonal relationships, since human relationships are based on solid foundations such as empathy, mutual understanding, but most importantly, communication. Without a doubt, this adapted behavior indirectly forces us to lose the ability to really connect with the people we love to such an extent that we enter into a conflict of being there but at the same time being absent, and all of this unquestionably affects our social, emotional and psychological ecosystem.
But How can I get out of my robotic life? To answer this question, without a doubt I would have to know the reality of each one of you, dear readers, and that is impossible for me, for a matter of humanity, but what I can do is to answer based on my personal situation, from there, it is necessary to live consciously and authentically to get away from the monotony of life, so that instead of following a sequence or pre-established script, it is necessary to start making decisions that reflect our desires, values and our true aspirations.
When we achieve this, we realize that we are able to create our own history instead of being mere spectators of life, we become creative people, we are able to explore new possibilities, we reinvent and innovate, we learn and err, and it is all part of a learning process that we call life.
So reader friend, I invite you to live a full and healthy life as established by our friends of #Holos&Lotus, remember that life is a very short journey and our passage is borrowed, so our stay is ephemeral, so stop wasting the little time you have left acting like automatons, remember that we are human beings with the ability to think, feel and create.
Learn to enjoy your spontaneity, take a chance on adventure, enjoy the passion of doing what you like, because, by giving ourselves the opportunity to do these things, we free ourselves from the monotony and demands of everyday life, but, above all, we find a deep and satisfying purpose to go through. So I invite you to let go of those mechanical patterns you have adopted and learn to rediscover the beauty and richness of the human experience.
