I have now about 50kUS$ in lending on Bitfinex. I know, it is not safe, will cut it off again or at least to half. But it is an interesting option rather than let sit your money in your wallet.
Interest rates taken up are from 0.04% a day to 0.1%. Lower is not worth it, but you can set that. Take 2 days, maximum 7, not 30 days. Auto renewal is also an option.
Best performing in this order: LTC. XMR. BTC, ETH.
Give it a try, if you are bored, Bitfinex should be safe enough. Or maybe not.
