In May of 2016, Kyle and I sold all of our belongings and decided to travel the world for as long as we possibly could. We first stayed in Thailand for 2 months, then to Bali for a month, then Australia for 7 months, and finally Hawaii for 1 month.
We had enough savings to last us a while, but having an online passive income was key. We are fortunate enough at a young age to be able to make some kind of passive income online, which was a big help to pay for groceries and help with rent. Making connections, working in countries if it's possible for you, and really budgeting and living minimalist are all key to making a travel lifestyle work.
