"Tamang food trip lang" is the restaurant's tag line which means "just the right food trip." This Rastapahan branch is an open restaurant right beside the street.
The restaurant offers mostly Filipino dishes at affordable prices. There are also few branches across the Metro Manila
I can not clearly read the menu overhead the counter but they have back-to-back menu. On the first side are these what I consider as fully loaded meal sets with three viands and a cup of rice.
There are also regular set meals which I thought are from fairly regular price to very cost friendly.
While most of those dishes on the menu are for breakfast, most are available anytime. So I ordered for "tocilog" which is a combination of "tocino" or the local version of bacon, fried egg and a cup of rice.
At the price of P64.00 (US $1.25) for a full meal, that was a very affordable and a big bonus! And I noticed that they provide by default a hot chili and calamansi. These are intended to be blended with soy sauce as condiments for the viands. I don't like hot foods anyway so I did not touch it.
The restaurant is open even late at night so people can catch up. That is actually what I did after my evening grocery tasks. That is very convenient food store for people on the run.
