I've been journaling since a long time. Technically, when I was a kid it was a diary that filled with my day + stories. I continued the habit until today. I like to write some thoughts, organize things. It doesn't matter that I have my laptop and was always surrounded by gadgets. I still like to pen down ideas, thoughts, and plans. For the last 5 years, I have about 4 journals that are filled with my stories from my life and my adventures. Reading that helps me understand what I went through when I forget about it.

Inside my journal, I also put some of my best photograph to stick it there. If it's printed, it would mean that the picture carries some meaning or memorable experiences. The two pictures were from back 2018. I like doodling as well. Though I am not a pro but it's quite satisfying. Sometimes, memorabilia of my travel is also often found there. Once, I left two of my notebooks at the hostel. I ended up going back the next week to get it and made a friend from there, who possibly read my secrets.

Journaling also helps remind me that sometimes I need to get back on track to reach my goals. I followed many entrepreneur who relies on journaling and they mentioned that it helped them. Even sometimes, I find great ideas in my journal to write about something or think about doing something when I am bored.

Do you journal too?
