This year, my personal identity has gone into some reshaping. I've gone from just digital nomad into a hybird remote worker dealing with Infrastructure and urban development world. On another side, I also run a social enterprise. This hybrid situation might seem a bit chaotic to the world out there. So, how do I navigate this chaos?

How do I divide my time these days between being a hybird worker as well as running and growing a social enterprise?

In the past, I wasn't so deep into this world. Only recently, as I have mentioned, running a social enterprise and trying to bring over the legacy to the new era has been such a challenging situation. I am new to this world and for someone who cares very little for profit, now I am hit with reality, I also need to think about "profit".

Thankfully, having a dedicated home office actually works pretty fine. I stopped getting sucked into unnecessary things or stuff that I typically see at home. In the past, when I was working from home, I spend a lot of time dealing with mundane tasks that wasn't quite productive.

These days, having this dream office, I basically divide my time like a 9-5 from Monday-Friday followed by 120 minutes commitment on teaching daily from 6-9 PM

There were more on my plate but because I simplify the way I dress, eat, and minimize my distraction, I work quite productive while still having the time to go to church on Sunday and fully devote myself deepening my faith.

In the past, I followed CEO routine and I could only get a burnout. These days, I find what worked for me and they are not really rigid. As long as I know what I had to do, a progress of each projects I am trying to grow and do, I am good. Some of them takes about 2-3 hours deep work while some could take more than 6 hours. So, rather than rigidly scheduling my time, I work mostly based on energy and tackling off my difficult tasks.

I also don't reply to people right away solving their problems. I am giving them a buffer and as long as it isn't urgent, I wouldn't reply/answer their calls right away. I would be fine as long as it is within 9-5.

One thing I realized is that in the past, I wasn't truly efficient with my time and I let emotions and my wants take the best of my time. Perhaps, this is why as I grow older and more mature, I started to realize not to let emotions dictate my time. When you let emotions dictate your time, the way we eat, I am clearly a good example of how one's live could fail so miserably.

The good side is that now I feel like I am once again on the roll, building my life and my business from the ground up. I am not sure how this will be the next 10 or 8 years but I am pretty stocked about it just as before when delving into blockchain and its world.

So, what about my time on Hive? I might still be around here and to be honest, I am also rebuilding my HP back. For many years, hive has partly sustained my life and my family too. This time, I am building back and hopefully, I could reach my 8000 HP before the Q2 ends. But at the same time, with some of the jobs I have right now, I might only allocate another 3 hours/day for this space unlike before when I can dedicate my half of my time for it.

Still, see you around everyone!
