Ingredients:
- 500 gr. cottage cheese
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa (for color)
Preparation:
- Wipe the cottage cheese, mix with condensed milk, beat thoroughly for 5-6 minutes, at high speed.
- Add cocoa for the color (can be without it - the ice cream will be white)
- Spread into a tray or portions of a la carte and put into a freezer for 2 hours.
