What I need at the end of the work week is a good relaxation. My way to relax is to visit the spa. So today I decided to go to the spa center and use the pool, sauna and massage. I relax in the pool, cleanse myself of toxins in the sauna, and the massage helps me feel healthy at the end. I am so ready for the new week. How do you relax?
