Ma3str0's Environment Cleanup Walk: Nov 2 2023

Ready or not, here I come..

-> from being approached by local security.

Adventure afoot!

Whilst out and about on my cleanup walk earlier, I was surprized when local security approached my position in the dense bush. I thought perhaps that my presence was a source of intrigue.. but I instead was advised that there was a suspect of a crime, who had apparently fled into the surrounding area.

The first today was a desiccant (substance to induce/sustain dryness). I found it near the pond where the geese hang around. From the warning, I'm guessing it is harmful - so really stoked to have removed it.

Venturing in some dense vegetation, I was able to retrieve a large wine bottle. There was a strong associated odour.

Nearby I found what is locally known as a 'papsak'. Essentially a cheaper wine sold in a bag.

Some old and weathered empty cigarette packs.

An empty sun bleached cardboard wrapping for biscuits.

Then it was empty plastic packaging from viennas.

A clothing garment was found in a more remote clearing.

Next up was some old dirty fabric, then under overgrown vegetation. It was accompanied by some other litter.

The large empty plastic softdrink bottle was a real 'eye-sore'. So stoked to have rid it from the beautiful landscape.

I wasn't expecting to find this microfiber cleaning cloth. Kinda ironic if you think about it.

I know this shape anywhere!.. the final item for the day was from a very specific brand of chutney. My favourite actually.

The trash for the day was emptied into a local municipal bin. It was quite a haul, which needed to be compressed to fit. It was without a doubt, another brilliant adventure!
