Hey #HIVE Fam! Only 11 More Days To Go 😎

Today I was definitely feeling like taking a day off, however, once I got out there I walked for longer than I had planned.

The air was crisp and the sun was creating a beautiful light through the clouds. It was around 7 pm. I'm Loving the days getting longer!

Such a pretty sky tonight.

Fluffy clouds reflected in the ocean.

The pond was reflecting a bit too.

It's still looking pretty wintery but we all know what's soon to come.
There's a saying: In nature nothing hurries yet everything is accomplished.

Yesterday's Walk

It's hard to tell, but do you see that black hose going across the water, it kind of goes up on that rock in the center and back down? That's my garden water! I was thrilled to see my landlord already hooked it back up. It comes from a creek and it transported through the ocean and into my yard 😍 A real life saver!

Without it our well would risk running dry if we didn't get enough rain to keep the water barrels going. The garden wants a lot of water, especially at the beginning.

Speaking of Creeks

This one has a cool old culvert I always admire.

I love the colour of the brackish water as well, it reminds me of root beer haha.
