The manager of the bank was willing to loan out the money. So he urged everyone interested to bring their business proposal to be okay with different business proposal but the manager was not yet satisfied.
He didn't like the ideas and everything you see these ideas, it does not bring any value for money and so they they all went back without anyone being able to take the loan.
We didn't know this period if the manager was just still reluctant to release the money or it was if because the business proposal was not quality enough so they were asked to go and walk back on their business proposal but the manager didn't come there back.
I didn't know what even it was just a scam scheme or so just to waste people.
