Desde niña me encanta el chocolate, soñaba con estar en fábricas de chocolates (como Willy Wonka hahaha), además ignoraba la calidad y la diferencia entre golosina (chucherías en Venezuela) de un chocolate sano y puro.
Sabía de la importancia del cacao, pero jamás había probado un cacao, sus variedades y la excelencia de nuestros chocolates que destacan por sus ricas notas y aromas.
Durante este último año gracias a la organización dónde trabajo (Trabajo y Persona,) y todos sus aliados... he podido coordinar proyectos y participar en increíbles iniciativas de formación y consultoría en el área de chocolate desde el enfoque comunitario. Está experiencia me hace sentir muy orgullosa y privilegiada para gritar que en Venezuela tenemos el mejor cacao del planeta.
Admiro mucho a quienes se dedican a esta loable labor, hacen un trabajo extraordinario

Since I was a child I love chocolate, I dreamed of being in chocolate factories (like Willy Wonka hahaha), I also ignored the quality and the difference between candy (sweets in Venezuela) of a healthy and pure chocolate.
I knew about the importance of cocoa, but I had never tasted cocoa, its varieties and the excellence of our chocolates that stand out for their rich notes and aromas.
During this last year, thanks to the organization where I work (Trabajo y Persona) and all its allies, I have been able to coordinate projects and participate in incredible training and consulting initiatives in the area of chocolate from a community approach. This experience makes me feel very proud and privileged to shout that in Venezuela we have the best cocoa on the planet.
I greatly admire those who dedicate themselves to this laudable work, they do an extraordinary job.
