Hong Kong is an artistic city.
I love how art is integrated into modern life.
I went to Tung Chau Street to check out some of the Neon Signs that have been curated here in the design hub. This is a space for the local artist who wants to create great artistic works that can one day become an intelectual property on its own.
Even the street sign here is artistic. I wanted to visit places that are usually visited by locals and are not tourist spots.
The whole area looks quite well designed.
I went to

I went and checked out what the locals promoted instead of tourists. This place is free.
The first floor is the local design area.
On the tote bags as well as some handmade art pieces of local delights that are available in Hong Kong.

The next display is some of the stamps that have been created.
I find these photos particularly cool. They have this slight blue tint where the light shines through, and you can look at Hong Kong in a vintage point of view.

Very cool metal works. These are earrings. You can also purchase most of the work if you like. Some are at a premium price.
The Moonlit Drift.
The cost of this is around 3200 HKD or around USD 410 OR MYR 1600.
This is all handcrafted, and it sells for 86,600 HKD. I would not touch this. Just in case, I accidentally damaged anything on it.
The Gingerbread man, but the metal edition. They never crumble.
There is also a skateboard artist designing different skateboard art. I would not skate on these if I bought one.

The next part will be a post about the NEON Signs of Hong Kong. I came actually to look at these. It's slowly fading away in Hong Kong.
