After a couple of hours out in Songkhla, I drove back to Hatyai in my rented car. It's quite fun to drive around Thailand. There are checkpoints around. We were here for one special restaurant. There were lots of reviews that this restaurant usually overcharges customers. But the food here is great. So we wanted to try it out.

Parked the car at a side parking. I just followed the rule given by @reidenling90 which was to follow where everyone parked their cars. Some roads here, you can't park during certain days. It's confusing but .. just see where the cars park and find an empty spot and just park in. Sometimes, it takes a couple of driving around to find a spot.

I am not sure what it means. But it sure looks like it's going to charge a higher amount for non locals. However, that being said. The ones in this shop speak chinese.

We were here for their oyster omelette.

The oyster omelettes in Thailand are sure super duper delicious. The only thing we were careful about was the price and if they were going to overcharge us. How did I deal with that? We made sure to ask them for the price before we ate. In Hatyai, one thing I found that is really peculiar that seldom happens in Sarawak is that if you ask for the price of two particular plates of food that you've ordered and once they give you a price and you order something extra like a drink or add on rice, they never add that into the price and only give you the full price for that original price you asked them for.

After asking for the price. We ordered two versions of oyster omelette to try them out.

This is super duper soft. You can feel it melt inside the mouth.

This is another delicious dish. Stir fried oyster.

Delicious two plates of oyster dishes. Mouth watering. Are they good? Yes, they are. Super duper delicious. =) So soft and mouth watering. Dip it in some sauce, you have a delicious plate of goodness.
