Arrived at airport. Kuching airport.

In the evening. We had a night flight. Do check out the previous post before this post to read about this whole journey. It's a long long post. I had travelled all the way from Miri early in the morning. Explored the largest Museum in Malaysia and had some delicious desserts, went to one of the largest malls in Sarawak. Waited for a ride. On the app. And here I was.
On a ride. Booked through the app.
The beautiful drive to the airport. One of the cleanest airports that I had been to. Yes. It is really clean. I had my cables in my bag at all times too. Just to make sure that we could charge our devices.
A long hallway. Super clean. The first thing that I had to do was to print the boarding pass. Had to check in my luggage. Two hours flight all the way from Kuching to Penang, West Malaysia. Over the South China Sea.
My wife was craving for the fried chicken at 4 FINGERS.

So you basically had to order at the counter and they gave you this gadget that would light up when your order is ready for self collection.
Lots of people eating
Passengers were all waiting to board their flight. It's an amazing feeling to be at the airport waiting to catch a flight and having a book to read. Months in preparation. I had planned most of the whole trip.

Ecstatic
That's was how we felt as we had a flight. The next day. 12.2.2023, we were heading to Hatyai, Thailand. It's been more than a decade since the last time I went to Thailand.
Our meal
A burger with lots of cheese and some cheesy fries with some fried chicken inside. You can feel that crunchy little bits of meat as you bite on them.
After our meal, it was heading to the boarding area
Many families with their luggages preparing for the flight. It's a great feeling to fly. A reward for a long time of hard work. Finally, getting rewarded. Be prepared for what Hatyai brings. I had pre book a car rental from a local company in Hatyai and was about to drive the car around Hatyai.
